Bike Fits = emPOWERment
When I first started cycling, I thought pain and discomfort were just part of the deal. I didn’t know I deserved better—or that support and mentorship could make such a difference. Thanks to women who shared their knowledge, and a bike fitter who listened, I learned that cycling should feel good. Every woman deserves comfort, confidence, and joy on the bike.

From trying a local bike race to rediscovering joy in swimming, I’m beginning to find what truly matters.
